Occasional sitter for 4 year old boy with mild autism and 5 month old baby girl

I have 5 kids , 11 year old boy , 9 year old girl , 8 year old girl , 4 year old boy and 5 month old girl . My oldest 3 are pretty quiet and do their own thing. I am in need of an occasional nanny to focus on giving care to my 4 year old and 5 month old while my fiance and I run errands , go on dates , things like that
Light snacks for 4 year old and feeding & changing 5 month old for a few hours
